English: (noun) a large bamboo called the gigantochloa levis - A very useful plant to a Bidayuh community where the bamboo trunk can be used to make poles for a hut, a suspension bridge, or even a tall ladder to reach bird's nests in high interiors of caves. When it is split open and flattened, it is used to make floors and walls of houses.
